Establishment and areas of practice

İdeal Translation Bureau was established in 2016. Our founder graduated from the Department of Translation and Interpreting at Ege University. From our office in Pendik, we serve individual and corporate document translation requests.

Our work covers sworn translation, notarised translation, official and academic document translation, and specialist translation in medical, technical and maritime fields.

Our approach

For official document translation, the determining factor is the type of authentication required by the institution receiving the document. We therefore establish the receiving institution's requirements first and prepare each job accordingly.

If we do not have a sworn translator for the relevant language or cannot meet the requested delivery deadline, we state this clearly at the outset.

Confidentiality

Documents sent to us are processed solely for translation purposes. Personal data are protected under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and are not shared with third parties.

For files containing special categories of personal data, such as medical reports and criminal record certificates, digital copies are deleted when the purpose of processing ends; you may also request earlier deletion.
