Our German translation service covers document translation from Turkish into German and from German into Turkish. For education, professional applications, civil status and commercial files, we establish the receiving institution's identity before defining the translation scope.
Requesting a document in German is not the same as requiring a translation by a translator authorised in a particular country. If the receiving institution specifies a translator qualification or certification requirement, it should be assessed before translation begins. Acceptance of a translation prepared in Türkiye cannot be guaranteed at every institution.

Type of certification
The translation is certified with the sworn translator's stamp and signature. If the receiving institution requires notarisation, the translation is certified by the relevant notary office. Documents for use abroad may also require an apostille. Submitting or managing apostille and consular legalisation applications is outside the scope of our service; we provide information about preparing the translation.
Spelling of names: For documents to be submitted abroad, given names and surnames are written according to the Latin-script spelling in your passport. Sharing your passport's identity page is important to avoid later corrections.
Translation process
- Reviewing application requirements
Send the institution's document and translator requirements together with the source file. If multiple education or identity documents will be used, the entire file is reviewed.
- Establishing spelling and terminology
Name spelling references, the field of study, profession or subject of the contract are assessed. You can share previous translations or examples provided by the institution to support consistency of terminology.
- Translation, review and delivery
Numbers, dates, grades and stamp details are compared with the source. Notarisation is planned separately if required. We do not submit apostille or consular legalisation applications.
German translation: points we check
- When applying to an institution in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, its identity and the type of procedure matter; specifying only the target language does not establish the acceptance requirements.
- Turkish and German names may contain characters such as ş, ı, ü, ö, ä or ß. Identity information is checked against the source document and passport spelling; names are not simplified by guesswork.
- We do not present an educational or professional title as a new qualification in the target system. Grades, courses and credits are represented as shown in the source; equivalency decisions belong to the relevant institution.
What determines the delivery time?
- Whether a transcript or lengthy course-description file accompanies the diploma.
- Technical or legal terminology, text volume and document legibility.
- Clarifying the institution's requirements, any notarisation and physical delivery.
How is the price determined?
- The amount of text and specialist subject matter in the Turkish-to-German or German-to-Turkish translation.
- The file's attachments, endorsements, table structure and editing requirements.
- Notary and courier costs are shown separately from the translation fee.
Quality and review
- The spelling of the same person's name, institution and field of study is compared across all documents in the file.
- Grades and credits are represented with the source values preserved; they are not converted for assessment purposes.
- Document context and any terminology reference provided are considered for legal or technical concepts.
What to prepare for a quotation
- Send the receiving institution's current document and translation checklist.
- Send legible copies of the diploma, transcript and all required attachments.
- Share the spelling of your given names and surname in your passport, and any previous translation.
- Specify the required certification, number of copies and delivery deadline.
