Arabic translation covers personal, academic and commercial documents translated from Turkish into Arabic and vice versa. The institution assessing the application and the type of procedure matter as much as the country of use when preparing the translation.
Document acceptance and legalisation requirements are not assumed to be the same across Arabic-speaking countries. Share the institution's required language, certification and document format. If an application requires an apostille or consular legalisation, we can provide information about preparing the translation; we do not manage these applications.

Type of certification
The translation is certified with the sworn translator's stamp and signature. If the receiving institution requires notarisation, the translation is certified by the relevant notary office. Documents for use abroad may also require an apostille. Submitting or managing apostille and consular legalisation applications is outside the scope of our service; we provide information about preparing the translation.
Spelling of names: For documents to be submitted abroad, given names and surnames are written according to the Latin-script spelling in your passport. Sharing your passport's identity page is important to avoid later corrections.
Translation process
- Reviewing the document and receiving institution
Send the country of use, institution and type of procedure with the document. Visible stamps, signatures and attachments help establish the translation scope.
- Obtaining references for names and layout
Passport spelling, the institution's sample document and any previous translation are reviewed. The layout of right-to-left text alongside numbers and Latin characters is assessed together.
- Translation and formatting review
Names, dates, amounts and table layout are compared with the source. Requested notarisation and delivery format are assessed separately; the relevant institution determines acceptance requirements.
Arabic translation: points we check
- Arabic is written from right to left, while Latin-letter names, numbers and product codes may appear in the same document. The visual layout of mixed-script lines and table cells is checked.
- Arabic names may have more than one Latin-letter transliteration. Providing the Latin-letter spelling in your passport helps prevent name discrepancies between documents.
- Please indicate if the source document uses a different calendar or number format. Dates and numbers are checked in context; equivalents absent from the document are not added by guesswork.
What determines the delivery time?
- Source text legibility, handwriting and the detail in stamps.
- The combination of right-to-left text with tables, numbers and Latin characters.
- The amount of text, specialist subject matter and any notarisation or courier request.
How is the price determined?
- Translation direction, document volume and the specialist expertise required for personal, academic or commercial content.
- Page layout, table structure and endorsements or attachments within the translation scope.
- Translation fees, notary fees and courier costs are separate items.
Quality and review
- Name spelling is checked against other documents in the file and the passport reference provided.
- Relationships between table rows and columns, number sequences and mixed-script fields are checked.
- Document numbers, dates, amounts and stamp descriptions are represented according to the source information.
What to prepare for a quotation
- Send the complete document, its reverse side, stamps and any legalisation attachments.
- State the destination country, institution, type of procedure and required language.
- Share a passport reference for name spelling and any sample or format requirement from the institution.
- Tell us your application deadline, required number of copies and delivery preference.

Frequently asked questions
Is the same certification sufficient in every Arabic-speaking country?
There is no single certification rule for all countries and procedures. Obtain and share the institution's current document checklist and translation requirements.
Which spelling is used when an Arabic name is translated into Turkish?
The source document is reviewed together with the Latin-letter spelling in the passport or current identity document. Any discrepancy between documents is clarified before translation begins.
Are stamps on Arabic documents also translated?
Stamps and endorsements are reviewed when establishing the document scope. Send them clearly and without cropping; information that is not visible is not completed by guesswork.
Can I arrange consular legalisation through you?
We do not submit or manage consular legalisation applications. We can provide information about preparing the translation required by the institution and the scope of translating existing legalisation texts.
